Handball Teams preparing to travel to Mexico

The national handball team is finishing the last details touches and get on the plane on Friday, heading for the Mexican Olympic Committee headquarters where they will be concentrated for a week. 

On Sunday in the sports center of Cartago held the inauguration of the 38 people who make up the delegation that will go to the camp in the Federal District. 

Sandra R. Paz (Secretary of the Board) and President of FECOBAL Oscar Perez participated in the act. It was also attended by local authorities and Carlos Arrieta, President of CCDR Cartago Leandro Adrian Brenes, President of the Handball Association of Cartago and Sandra Jiménez Mata, CCDR member of Cartago and the Costa Rican Sports Gallery. 

The inauguration was held in front of the audience that was in the sports center watching the U17 playing prior to the start of the women's final between Santo Domingo and Humboldt College. Mr. Arrieta surprised the delegation with sandwiches, snacks and coffee. 

Selections will keep training until Thursday to travel on Friday at 6:50 pm.
