This morning was sworn the Costa Rican athletes that will be in the Central American and Caribbean Games Veracruz 2014 by President Luis Guillermo Solís.
It was attended by coaches and support staff of the national delegation as well as the presidents of sports federations and associations of our country. Athletes who could not make the appointment by international commitments shall be sworn to reach Aztec lands.
Costa Rica will be competing at the JCC-Veracruz with the largest delegation in history to qualify with 282 athletes in 29 disciplines. Moreover, the president, Luis Guillermo Solis announced that the taekwondo Heiner Oviedo will be the flagship of Costa Rica in the Games.
