La Dominica Park has approximately 4 hectares available to "turrialbeños" and all visitors who opt for a place to enjoy nature.
It was founded in late 1981, in the Carazo Odio Administration. The name comes from the priest Eduardo Vazquez, who belonged to the Dominican order, and was the owner of the land in the mid-nineteenth century.
It has a multipurpose room and ranches for different family activities, fields for sand volleyball, restrooms, parking and definitely the preferred attraction of this park is the river running through it, which is used to cool off in its waters or sunbathing.
The park is a non-smoking space and alcoholic drinks are not allowed. Pet entry is permitted.
